Registering for SPOTonDD events.
A registration
form and tax invoice form has been
developed for SPOT professional development events. This
form was developed to streamline the process for
registration and payment.
No further tax invoice will be sent to you or your
employer.
To ensure a hassle free registration please keep in mind
the following points:

To register for continuing education events please
complete and submit the registration form and tax
invoice, ensuring that payment accompanies this
form.

If you register as a member you MUST be a member.
If membership is not current on the day of the
course you will be issued with an invoice for unpaid
membership .

If you work for DADHC or another large organisation,
contact your Learning and Development officer to
determine the best way to go about registering for
the event. Your Learning and Development should
contact SPOT on DD if there are any queries.

If your employer is paying for your registration (a
timely process we know) and you want to secure your
position it is essential that evidence of payment is
provided with your registration form, for example, a
copy of the payment voucher is attached.

Your position is not guaranteed if
your payment is not received prior to the event.

It is not the responsibility of the SPOT treasurer
to contact various employers on an individual's
behalf to follow up payment of course fees. If your
registration has not been received prior to the
event you will be informed and it is your
responsibility to follow it up. SPOT on DD will seek
remuneration from individuals where an employer has
not met course
fees in a timely fashion.
